It's a way of answering each pro can use: leaving notes at the exact seconds of your video. When you watch it, the video pauses by itself at each note and shows the comment, a circle on the detail and, if they recorded one, their video.
What if we speak different languages?
Notes are translated into your language and videos come with automatic subtitles in 10 languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
How long does it take?
Each service shows its turnaround, e.g. 24 hours or 3 days, counted from when your payment is confirmed.
What if they don't answer?
If they don't answer within the turnaround, they refund you through the same method. If you don't get it, the PoleSquad team steps in.
